How do you handle the frustration of managing ad clients? Is it just me?

I work for beauty salons and also do content marketing for them, but the difficulty is huge.

I vet clients very strictly: a long questionnaire that asks about their revenue and how much they're willing to invest, then a discovery call, then a sales video call.

I spend a lot of time talking with them before any payment happens.

My contract is strict too, and it clearly states that I don't guarantee earnings or results. I also set expectations from the start.

Even so, it's incredibly hard to get them to understand that if they don't call leads quickly and only send messages, results suffer.

They have to be willing to basically become a call center, because that's what the job requires.

They also need patience, because some things simply take a long time. Many of them are so frustrated that they don't see it. I explain it over and over, and it still doesn't land.

At this point I'm honestly wondering if running ads just isn't in my nature, even though I consistently deliver 35> new leads per month for these clients. They always expect so much more.

Do you run into the same problems with this type of client? How do you handle it?

What Meta Ads funnel is THE BEST to convert an already-warm IG audience into discovery calls?

Been running my personal brand in the aesthetic/medspa owners niche (SMM and Local ADS service) for a while now.

My content performs really well, my clients comes all from my content and my followers are in target.

The problem is: organic alone isn't converting into discovery calls at the volume I need (it's converting, but it's really slow like 1 call per week), and I'm burning out trying to do a lot of content.

I want to build a Meta Ads funnel specifically to convert that existing warm audience into booked calls, but I don't know which one is the best/most profitable.

Don't tell me I need to do cold prospecting because I already have an audience.

What are the best funnel structures you'd use for this?

I prefer invest my money in ads than invest a looooot of my time on content. I will continue to do content, but I don't want to burnout.

Not looking for a generic "run retargeting ads" answer, i'm curious on what type of FUNNELS actually worked for people doing service-based / high-ticket lead gen with an audience that's already warm from organic.

Thanks in advance!

Meta Ads strategies for aesthetic/medspa clinics (other ideas of what works?)

Hey everyone, I run paid social for advanced aesthetic/medspa clinics that sell body remodeling, advanced facial treatments, laser removal and multi-session packages.

Every month the strategy is: a low-cost front-end offer + consultation (49€ to 99€), then the esthetician sells the full package during the consultation(€1,000 to €5,000)

Here's what I currently run on Meta Ads:

  • Monthly and always different lead gen campaigns (with the lead form) to get front-end consultations booked, targeting a cold local audience
  • Retargeting campaigns for the front-end offer, targeting people who already viewed the lead gen campaign but didn't book
  • Instagram profile visit campaigns to warm up the IG/FB profile and grow followers

This works fine for getting people into the funnel, but I'm looking to go beyond it, specifically for high-ticket packages, where the sales cycle is longer and trust/authority matter more than a quick DM.

I'd love to hear what's worked for others selling premium/high-cost aesthetic services via Meta. Do you have other strategies (on Meta Ads or elsewhere) that have worked for you to maximize the results? Thanks in advance!
