Hi everyone! I’m decluttering a big part of my makeup collection.
I’m currently undergoing a derma treatment and have been strongly advised to avoid wearing makeup for a while, so I’d rather pass these products on to someone who will actually use and enjoy them instead of letting them sit unused.

I came across this reseller on Instagram and was interested in one of their pieces, so I simply asked whether it was a new item or a thrifted one. It was a genuine question, nothing more.

This was first our very interaction and to my surprise the response I received was quite rude and aggressive, which I honestly didn’t expect.

I shop from a lot of Instagram stores, and I’ve had wonderful experiences over the last 2-3 years with so many amazing sellers who are always polite, helpful, and respectful, regardless of what you ask.

This is the first time I’ve come across someone who responded so unprofessionally. To make it even stranger, they blocked me within a minute!!
I asked that one question?! Hain?
Honestly i don’t get it? Maine kya kiya bhai?

I literally just asked whether the piece was new or thrifted. A simple, respectful question shouldn’t be met with hostility.

A little kindness and basic courtesy go a long way, especially when you’re running a business.
