I own a beach resort in Quezon Province and after a difficult period, the business is finally starting to recover and grow again.

I’m now looking for someone who wants to grow with the business long-term. Someone that can help run the business.

I need a person who can help manage:

Social media posting (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)

Replying to inquiries and guest messages.

Basic marketing ideas and online engagement

Communication with guests and potential clients.

Talking to guests when looking for someone incharge.

At the moment, I honestly cannot guarantee a fixed salary yet since the business is still rebuilding. However, I can provide:

Free lodging/stay at the resort

Free food

Extra cash incentives whenever the resort performs well or bookings increase

Trustworthy and hardworking

Creative with marketing

Friendly in communicating with guests

I currently own and manage 3 resort properties in the Philippines. Two of the resorts have strong business potential but still need renovation and additional funding to fully develop and maximize operations.

Because of this, I’m looking for a serious investor or business partner who is willing to help fund the renovations, improvements, and expansion of the resorts.

I’m very open to different types of arrangements, including:

-Profit-sharing agreements

-Business partnerships

-Revenue-sharing setups
