How do i smoothe this out before starting to paint?

Using this one as my chimera for my Arbites Army

Ive been playing an Arbites only army for the past couple of months. It has not won any games so far, or even gotten close to it. But i love the look on the table. This is my current list that im hoping to eventually maybe pull a non crushjng deafeat from.

All charracters have been kitbashed to look like Arbiters as to not break the theme.
