How often do you update your qsys systems?

I’m struggling with the number of new designer releases. On the one hand, I love that they are actively and quickly making improvements. On the other hand, I can’t keep up. I don’t always update all of our rooms every time they release a new update, but it seems that the updates often fix a problem I have been having. So I will go and update all 10-12 systems that I oversee which is a pita only for a new version to come out a couple weeks later.

I work at a university and all of the systems I am dealing with are in the building with me, so it is very tempting to push every update, but that is not sustainable.

My question is, how often do others update their q-sys systems?

Locked out if you use the bathroom

Staying at an air bnb with a community play room. You need a key fob to get in (which seems totally reasonable). If you use the restroom, you then need a key fob to get from the restroom back into the play room.

My son and I were playing pool and he needed to use the bathroom. A few minutes later he was pounding on a window from the pool deck outside for me to let him back inside. You can’t access the pool area from anywhere else except by going through the playroom, so there is actually no reason to have any fob on any of those doors anyways.

also, there is a pool table with no cue ball, a shuffleboard table with no sand, an Xbox with no controllers, and a tv with no remote. We played 8 ball with the 8 ball as the cue and you just sink solids or stripes.
