Thinking of changing to MM for cost. Been lazy sticking with the same provider. I’m maintaining at bmi 22.5-23. I’ve messaged them and asked what bmi they prescribe to and they’ve said 22.5.

Do they do video, phone calls or pictures? I’m used to doing pictures and I’ve always been uncomfortable doing any kind of FaceTime etc … always avoided re work and socially. Just want to check before I order / pay.
