Can't make this one anymore, I have two spares going at £50 face value.
I bought my campervan already converted and I've noticed some issues with the fridge. It's a 3way Dometic RMS8501. We have found it's draining the battery like mad. We have 170ah of capacity and the fridge will drain most of it - running off the inverter not the 12v.
The back of the fridge feels pretty hot which to me suggests it's not ventilated well enough and so isn't able to cool. I know this definitely isn't helping the situation.
As I'm running it only in electric mode I'm considering whether it would be better to get a compression fridge or if sorting the ventilation will be enough?
