I am reasonably good with respect to technical strength.

1st flat in Bangalore not gated community - 30 lak loan pending - 40k monthly emi - worth 1.2 cr now
2nd plot i bought - 64lak loan pending - 56k monthly emi- worth 1 cr now
3rd Flat bought now paying emi - have Registration and interior pending - 1.6cr loan pending - 1.2 lak emi - worth 2.1 cr now
Monthly expense -
Kids school and day care - 40k
Wifi, phone, other house hold- 10k
Maid and Cook - 10k
Grocery + Gym + Protein - 25k
Car maintenance+ insurance+ medical + fuel - 15k
Total expense - 3.2lak
Investing all the remaining - 1.8 to 2 lak
What shd i change?
I still feel I am drowning.
Reason for the plot is to use it as my kids college fund.
Reason for the new flat is kids are not having ways to play here so bought in a community for them to have other kids to play and explore.
Are there any Meetups for family with kids, mostly youger kids like upto 8 or 10 years?

Hi I bought a plot in Sarjapur Attibelle road , Confident Polaris ( resell) is it a good investment and what is the person sq ft now that the infy land is on case now?
I am looking for a timeline of 10 years so I can use that money for my kids college fees.

I am 33M with 2 kids and got married a bit early as my mother got married and had me in her early 40 she wanted me to get married a bit earlier and I got married at 24 arranged marriage as I was not lucky with love.

Have own house car and stuff without loan. And a new flat just got on loan of around 2cr in Bangalore.

We both are introverts and till now life was busy trying make something out of ourselves and ended up with hardly any friends. With a 7 and 3 year old kids we are reasonably super busy all the time and have no time to for us and others as well.
