Very happy with our first Napoleon. It’s a Freestyle 425 Phantom. First cooks: tuna tatami, warm smoked salmon and Peking duck. The duck was burned too heavily on the sizzle zone but was very pleasant nonetheless. First impressions of the barbecue are very good.
I have my Winmau Blade 6 Dual core for almost a year now but it is almost wasted. I think 2 or 3 spots for T20 left after give or take 50,000 darts thrown at it.
I am already thinking of a new board after the summer. It needs to be mounted on the Wispa mount. What I want: a clean look and feel, durable, and compatible with Wispa without too much DIY.
Top on my list: Precise180 Endorphine. I really like the looks of the board. Any (other) recommendations?
