The major change is that NAV calculation will be the last business day of each calendar quarter rather than the last business day of each calendar month. So one-third as much transparency as was previously promised.

Transfer request submitted to Vanguard ~3pm August 13.

At 8am August 14, Vanguard shows request sent to Computershare and still pending. Computershare shows zero balance and "DRS Delivery to broker".

Two transfer requests submitted to Schwab ~3pm & ~4pm August 13. The first request was fully electronic, the second required submission of paper/pdf documentation.

At 8am August 14, Schwab shows status "Processing" with estimated completion dates of August 19 & 20. For the first account, Computershare shows zero balance and "DRS Delivery to broker". For the second account, Computershare still shows the normal share balance and no pending activity.

Edit: At 8am August 15, the two fully electronic transfers had completed and the shares were in their new Vanguard/Schwab homes.

The is the first increase in the iPO since I bought my iPO shares nearly three years ago (shortly after I bough my Innovation Fund shares). iPO price has been held at $15.90 until yesterday. Pretty sad that over three years time the Innovation Fund increased the value of mother Fundrise by less than one percent over three years.
