what could this high pitch noise be? 23 nissan murano only does it at VERY low speeds when i just start accelerating from being stopped or almost stopped then goes away when i speed up.

i might have accidentally took a double dose of 125mcg levothyroxine
has anybody else ever accidentally took two pills? should i do anything? a lot of people say online to skip the next dose but i literally cannot remember if i truly did take two or not i don’t know what to do
