We're NudgeBee, a Pune-based AI startup building agentic automation for SRE, DevOps, and CloudOps teams. We're hiring a Tech Content & Community intern to help us reach engineers the right way: with genuinely useful content, not noise.

What you'll do

• Curate the daily feed: hunt across Hacker News, Reddit, X, and the best DevOps/SRE blogs, and write punchy summaries that cut through the noise
• Spot what's next: track new tool and product launches before they go mainstream
• Help engineers level up: surface the best SRE/DevOps/Cloud jobs in India and keep events + CFP boards current
• Pitch and co-write original blogs and the weekly "Week in Ops" newsletter (ships every Friday)
• Review community submissions, tips, and memes, and help shape the brand's tone
• Use Claude and ChatGPT as co-pilots to research, draft, and ship faster (your judgment on top)

Who we're looking for

• Strong written English and a genuine love for writing (share a blog, newsletter, or sample if you have one)
• Curious about cloud, DevOps, AI, or startups. You don't need to be an engineer, just eager to learn the space fast
• Active in tech communities (Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Hacker News) with a good eye for what makes content interesting
• Self-driven and consistent, comfortable with a daily publishing rhythm

Details

• Location: On-site, Baner, Pune (5 days a week, flexible hours, informal dress code)
• Duration: 3 months, start immediately
• Stipend: Based on interview performance
• PPO: Based on performance
