Kenya - Giraffe Manor or more safari days?

Hi!!! Thank you so much in advance!! I have to be in Africa for work and am planning a last minute trip with my mom. There is only ONE day Giraffe Manor is available to stay in during my trip. It is in the middle of the leisure part of my Kenya stay. Is giraffe manor really worth it? My mom has not seen the world and I am sure she would love it, and she is getting old so likely only trip to Africa. I feel lucky there is availability.

So my options are:

Option 1: 2.5 free days in Cape Town, 1 giraffe manor, 2 safari days in Kenya (back to Nairobi for work)
Option 2: 1.5 free days in Cape Town, 4 days in Kenya Safari

For context, we will be doing 3 days of safari in South Africa. Any feedback is so so helpful, thank you so much!!!

Plan (before knowing about Giraffe Manor): 3 days SA safari > 4 days Johannesburg (work) > 1 day Capetown (work) > 2 days Capetown > 4 days Kenyan Safari > 2 days Kenya (work)

Use NUA on Bora Bora in peak season or before?

Hi! Thanks in advance!! My fiance and I are going on our honeymoon to the St. Regis Bora Bora on Dec. 28-31. I have 3 NUA left but expire End of Year aka Dec. 31!!! Given we are going to Bora Bora during the holiday season is it fair to say that the St. Regis will be sold out? That it is a waste of NUAs? I have some other work trips I could potentially use it on before, but of course an upgrade in BB would be insane! Thanks so much.

**edit: I have Platinum Elite status.

How much do you like the people you work with?

Hi! Thanks in advance. I have been in the work force for 10 years now and I was wondering how much you like the people you work with? No one really is my best friend at work, but they are nice and respectable. I am not sure if I am taking this for granted or if I should switch jobs. I guess my questions for those wiser than me are:
- How big of a difference does work culture make?
- How much do you value working with people you like?
- Is this rare? Or do most people find themselves with people they like.

Thanks os much!!!
