Any recommendations for smudge proof kajal that doesn't give me raccoon eyes.

Recently I have came across alot of posts from different bloggers raving about scent and stories perfume.Their prices are reasonably good too. Since i am broke, I cannot spend more than 3 to 4 k on perfumes. So are they good enough?

I need recommendation for something fresh,airy and fruity and preferrably from Pakistani brands as they are a bit affordable for me.

I am in my early thirties. My skin is combination to oily with few hyperpigmented spots here and there. Other than that I think my skin has started showing signs of aging. Since I am a mother of two kids, I cannot do very elaborate routine. Also korean and imported products are a bit out of my range.

Any good and reasonable clothing brands for kids esp toddler girls other than hopscotch,ethnic and outfitters. Their quality is shit and colors fade after one or two washes.Minnie minors is good but expensive.
