Best French fries *. *= many caveats

TLDR:
So question to the masses is....

Best burger joint fries. Who's got them and why?
Many exceptions, exclusions and tangents.

There are Pub fries
There are Chip wagon fries.
There are Paper hat fries that come with a new collectable SpongeBob toy.

And there are burger joints fries. If it has waiters it doesn't count.

Umbrella burger
Pearson street
5 guys and fries
All-out burger
Burgers & fries forever.

And many I am no doubt missing.

So the basics for good fries.

Use russets.
A basic potato press.
Either rinse first or submerge directly in a basic brine.
After a bit, Blanche them in the frier then ready to finish off.

Others add cornstarch to their brine mixture to great effect.
And then there are brine nerds who want everything to taste like pickles!

Everyone's got their own variation

So question to the masses is....

Best burger joint fries. Who's got them and why?

I'm Saint Laurent area.
The three I've clocked so far.
Umbrella burger. We were the first customers of the day. From the looks of them, they did all the basics. They came out as basic.
All-Out Burger on Montreal road. Wedge cut/wide cut. They do the basics and then some. Crispy texture, Something else. Great fries.
Pearson Street. They did straight cut(no shoe string fries here) . Umbrella has the same cut of fries but Pearson has that something ,Great

Advanced spatial intuition.

Does anyone else with aphantasia have strong spatial intuition without visualizing?
I can’t mentally see objects or rotate them visually in my head. There’s no internal image. But I can often instantly tell whether something will fit inside something else, clear a doorway, stack properly, rotate correctly, etc. It feels less like “seeing” and more like directly knowing the spatial relationship.
example:
- looking at furniture and knowing if it’ll fit through a doorway
- knowing whether two objects will physically fit together
- estimating clearances or volume almost instantly

I’m wondering if this is a known aphantasia experience:strong non-visual spatial reasoning without conscious visualization.

Like an internal geometry engine instead of mental imagery

Update/Edit.
And this is going to sound like a very niche porn video, but...
"What else are people with Aphantasia better at… ?😘😉🤓

Is there a list of things those with Aphantasia are better at? Serious and joking lists equally accepted.

Wasn't this a later Ennis issue?

I remember this issue if only for an interesting use of writing utensils.

Not surprised that Hellblazer stuff is happen in today's world. Not at all.

I've got limited space and far too many hobbies around our house that no one seems to be taking responsibility for.
Some in our system suggest that it's an ADHD Hyper focus or Manic related thing. And (I feel repeating this word in each post now feels like a drinking game each time I say Alexithymia. Lol) with the Alexithymia, I can't feel any of the fun, joy, excitement, happiness we had with these things. My first thought was to chuck it all in the trash (yes I see you impulsive behaviour ). But I know at least one of us still loves these things,
But with their absence, i just want to box it all in an empty room.

The other side is seeing all their stuff reminds me how little I've been enjoying hobbies, and I think that I feel jealous that they are having fun(completely ridiculous because we all share the same body and again. Alexithymia (Drink!) so I don't remember what we felt that had us go full tilt in on it. And yes, the easiest way to sort it out is to write an open letter to our system in our shared journal, addressed to our system politely asking for clarification and input.

How does everyone else handle situation like this.
