In lamen terms: This is how it’s structured I talk too little I get bad ratings I talk too much I get bad ratings, I talk just right, it’s a compete nother scale of something else, the average human expectation, is not an average, so giving them the whole human expectation, and not realistic service expectations, based on clientele vast differences, they gave the customer the death sentence of the driver’s account by just rating us with detail. It’s insanity.
Yeah Lyft is trippin, this new rating system will be impossible to sustain, I’m filing a report to the ftc.
It’s called unfair disadvantage, you’re not allowed to practice this way.
