Replaced the filter cap in my CTC118A

NOTE: Sometimes when nothing is connected, it looks like it doesn't have enough vertical deflection. Anyway, It was a 2 section TEAPO filter cap. 30uf at 250v section was still good, it was the 600uf 200v section that went bad (reading over 25 ohms and 0.02uf)

Not sure how or why it went bad. When i tested it out at the original owner's house, it came on just fine with no issues (other than a lazy green gun) I brought it home and had it plugged it in for a few days. I turn it on, and see what's happening in the second pic. And the speaker was humming.

I have moved the deflection yoke a few times before this. It had severe misconvergence in the top left corner that has since been corrected.
