Help! Can these corms be saved?
Hello! I’ve had a Black Velvet Alocasia for a couple of years, and I recently made the mistake of moving it outside too quickly. I’ve successfully restarted it from corms before, but that time it seems like it kind of went through the process on its own, and now I’m left with three corms.
After doing some research, I read that removing the dark outer layer of the corm can help it sprout faster, but now I’m worried they may be rotted, as peeling the outer layer has revealed hollow and spongy areas.
At this point, I’m not sure what the best move is. Would you try dividing the larger corm into smaller pieces, or is there another option you’d recommend for saving them?
