Help with low output & elastic nipples!

I've been told I have elastic nipples and breast tissue, which has made pumping difficult! Because my son (born at 37+4 wks w/oral ties and a recessed chin) isn't very efficient at feeding and pumping hasn't been working well, I'm worried it's affecting my supply. I'm starting to think my supply isn't the problem though, as I can usually still shoot milk across the room after a full 15-20 min pumping session.

Here's everything I've tried:

Pumps: Spectra S2, Medela Symphony (didn't feel any better than the Spectra and harder to use)

Flanges: Size 20mm hard plastic Spectras, 19mm Maymoms, 18mm Lacteks. I've ordered 17mm Pumpables and the Pumpingpals sizing kit. I've been sized for these by my LC, but we've been focusing more on breastfeeding during our sessions.

Settings: Level 3 stimulation mode, level 8 and cycle 50 for expression mode typically works best (50ml average output, about 400ml/day, less in the afternoon/evening and more in the morning). Also tried stimulation mode only, and lower vacuum levels for both but it doesn't seem to help (or I make less).

I almost always have blanching and vasospasms after pumping (more in my right breast), but no pain at all while pumping, even on high settings (level 12 vacuum on the Spectra).

Any help is appreciated, I want to get this milk OUT and into my hungry baby!!

How can I use these lights for landscape lighting?

I scored some amazing vintage landscape lights, but they have three prongs plugs rather than low voltage wiring. What's the easiest (and safest) way I can use these? Would they need to be rewired, or is there an adapter or connector I can use to use them with a low voltage wiring kit?

Projector or TV for awkward space?

I have a third floor that gets relatively little ambient light (can be made totally dark with curtains or blinds), but a sloping roofline and staircase banister that makes mounting a 100"+ screen a challenge.

The staircase banister would cover up the bottom of a 100" screen unless the screen were mounted very high. Putting the screen in front of the banister (either as a rising screen or pulldown screen) would give me a 100"+ screen, but the viewing distance would be less than 8'.

The last option is an 80" TV mounted to the wall, with a 10' viewing distance.

Again, my options are:

•100" projector screen, with roughly 8' viewing distance

•80" projector screen with roughly 10' viewing distance

•80" TV, 10' viewing distance

Would the 8' viewing distance be nauseating with a 100" screen? Does an 80" TV mounted to the wall instead make more sense versus an 80" projector screen?

This will at some point be a playroom/TV room for our family and kids, so not having a huge, fragile TV hanging on the wall would be preferable. However, at this size and distance I'm not sure if a projector makes sense.
