My ultrasonic machine is giving me flashbacks

I recently got into cleaning/restoring watches for people and I really wanted an ultrasonic machine that I could set to a particular temperature to help loosen some harder to reach dirt in some of the trickier bracelets so I ordered one off of Amazon.

Ladies and gentleman, I give you the heated vibrating 6 pan, now with lid.

I'm trying to find more info on this piece because these are the only pictures I've been able to find so far.

Apparently Waltham managed to produce watch movements with plates that were made with polished rock crystal and fiction fit jewels with bearings along with a bunch of other crazy details, and they put it in a quartz case with an agate dial. According to this website, this was exhibited at the 1893 World's Columbia Exposition in Chicago, which totally makes sense but I can't find much info on it.

Does anyone know anything about this watch?

These pictures are from the portfolio of a company that services high end watches that really wanted to make a point.
