CEL at 900 miles

I recently bought a ‘25 Elantra N 6mt as a birthday gift for myself with 29 miles on the odometer(Sept 5th). I enjoyed it for about a week and a half and (mostly) followed the 600 mile break in period but on sept 12th after getting home from a small roadtrip i was downshifting in n mode (at reasonable speeds ofc) and the check engine light came on but the car seemed to drive normal other than no pops in n mode and the valves seemingly not working. I immediately scheduled an appointment with Pohanka Hyundai (Horrible experience btw) and once my car was looked at i was told that it was 2 of my wire harnesses and that there is no eta on the part. Fast forward to today and as much as i love the car thinking about using lemon law on the car once it passes the 30 day service mark due to the extremely poor communication and experience from the dealership. Has anyone else went through this with their N and how have you dealt with it?
