I didn't know someone already drew it but here's mine lol

Is it possible to get the ai to assign a flag to every starting nation in a scenario if they don't have one already?

I've been playing the game and it looks like only newly formed countries get flags, and this leaves the game feeling somewhat incomplete.

Apparently flag of the Oiniwar Dynasty. I can't find much information on it and the symbolism otherwise. I'd love some help looking into it, and maybe getting a clean, vectorized version.
