  1. Had lukewarm water + honey

  2. Oiling on the inner thigs

  3. started slow 7:28, finished at 6:12 pace

  4. did 10 minute stretch, 10 min reverse walk

  5. sipped water, two bananans

  6. took a bath

  7. had appe (paddu) with buttermilk

  8. slept for 1:30 hours

  9. maintained the whole week above 6:15 avg pace (Zone 2)

  10. faced no pain 🥹
