Keracare Humecto Conditioner

I’m in need of a deep conditioner that actually moisturizes my hair.

For my last wash day, I recently bought a clarifying shampoo as my hair hasn’t seemed as moisturized from the cecred hydrating shampoo. The clarifying shampoo made my hair so dry almost like I got a relaxer and I hate that feeling. I also tried design essentials honey Creme shampoo and masque but my hair still feel felt the same way.

I was considering trying the keracare humecto conditioner for my next wash day but my question is are the smaller containers different from the 5 pound containers? The 5 pound container as deep conditioner instructions I noticed but I can only buy from Amazon (I cancelled my order as it wasn’t from the brand and I was concerned about it being fake for almost $50). I can buy the smaller bottles near me.

Error - can it cost me my job?

I’m a new grad and made a mistake - I did admit to failing myself and patient. Yesterday I got an order for a catheter exchange on my patient leaving today at 2p. I acknowledged the order and was in the chat but didn’t have time yesterday and forgot to add it to my note and pass on.

Today I did complete the exchange but it required four additional nurses as we didn’t get a urine during insertion and was questioning if placement was correct. EMS was there to transport patient to her rehab and stayed for 45 minutes or so before leaving and facility refused to take patient back today and patient is leaving tomorrow at 10:30 by EMS (I’ll be off). I did it 15 minutes before discharge.

My manager called me, the charge nurse and the nurse who witnessed me insert the catheter (we need a witness for catheter insertion) separately for statements. My manager is going to have her assistant review the incident report which may also be submitted to HR. I just got pass my three months and orientation period on May 2nd.

Will this be a write up/warning or will I be fired?

BSN Programs

I just graduated in December for an ADN program. I started working in February after taking my NCLEX at the end of January.

Does it matter where you get your BSN degree from? I have 5 years to get it per the contract/agreement which I’m perfectly happy with.

What programs did you attend?
