Private room + private bathroom in a 3BR apartment on Mulberry & Broome with two amazing roommates — both Dartmouth grads, girls, 24 yrs old. They’re super lovely, clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
A few details:
• Rent is $2500/month (potentially flexible for the right person)
• Move-in from July 1 — lease runs through July 31
• The room will not be fully furnished (I’m taking my bed + desk + dresser), but happy to leave the window shades
• Private bathroom attached to the room
• We also converted a small extra room into storage, so there’s actually a ton of extra space for NYC standards
The apartment is in a great location — right by the best spots in Nolita/SoHo/LES.
