This has been twice in 2 weeks now that moon has had to have her booty cleaned because some *stuff* has been stuck in her fur. She absolutely hates when I have to clean her off and I’m at my wits end. Is a sanitary cut the best option? I’ve never had this issue before but my other cats in life have always been short hair!

The older woman had no idea what she was doing. Had no idea what a cart check or spark even was. It was a 2 shopping order but one order was just a laptop. The guy who’s always at customer service came over and asked if she needed help but she just went to scanning away. Scanned a box of uncrustables then it pulled up the option to enter the UPC code. I said I haven’t ever saw the app ask to do that before. She called dude back. It cleared on the screen as if it were a normal shopping order but mine still showed cart check. When he came back over to us it was giving her the option to scan so she rescanned the same box and then he had to show her how to confirm it’s me. After that my screen cleared out but then this popped up. They shrugged it off but I’m real annoyed at this point. I called support, told them what happened, he didn’t understand me. Re explained it two more times then he said he made a report and sent it off along with the recording of our conversation. IF A WALMART EMPLOYEE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DO A CART CHECK THEN THEY SHOULDNT BE DOING ONE. I’m really hating this job atp but my regular jobs hours have been absolute crap so I’m stuck trying to make up the shortage of an income. Fml.

Has anyone had this pop up? What was the outcome after?

Edit to add: I didn’t have any personal items at all. I have before but I put them to the side for/if a cart check. Then pay for them after.

Edit #2: nothing was subbed. Every item the customers wanted was accounted for. No produce either.

My husband always plays old tv shows to fall asleep and tonight I glanced over at the tv to see Kim. I’ve always thought she was the prettiest out of the sisters and lord that hair was so long and beautiful! I’ve always had a soft spot for Kim and always hoped she would be able to get it together one day, just sad. She was such a beautiful girl!

Edit: I'm even more confused because the email I got says nothing about a prescription and that a order was delivered to the wrong address, which was the case yesterday. I delivered to the right place but the dumbass customer put their wrong address in then called sams club and they called me to figure out what the problem was because they said he was upset this had happened "every time"... I called support and they see no warnings or "red flags" to just disregard but pretty fkn hard to do that....

I’m so confused, I haven’t done a prescription delivery in a LONG time. They usually don’t pay well in my area so I don’t do them. I did one today and delivered it maybe a mile from the store, THE CUSTOMER SIGNED FOR IT and their grocery order had a code? I don’t understand how I would get this message??
