What repetitive exercise is this.
These helicopters have been going in circles for the past three hours - weaving in and out of each other - with people literally sitting outside on the bars. They start off at wall street pier 11 and then keep coming up here to LIC and back. Looks like an army drill but for the love of less noise pollution - what is the purpose and when will it end.
Little bit (ha) of a gripe but also genuinely wondering what this is about. Anyone?
