My parents want to exorcise the depression out of me 🙂

Truthfully I don’t know how I feel about this( I am on antidepressants). They say that I am possessed by a demon. And I am still so shocked they overlooked the misery I went through and just contributed it to the devil.
When I started laughing about it because I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, they said it was the devil acting up.

Should I go to another psychiatrist?

I (17F) am really confused and troubled now.
I have nowhere to talk about this so I am gonna post here on this subreddit.
I have been diagnosed with GAD and depression. I am on escitalopram 10mg and lamotrigine 20mg. My dose, today, was upped to escitalopram 15 mg and lamotrigine 30mg. I weigh 49kg and am 161cm tall. I am quite unsatisfied with my psychiatrist but I don’t know wether it is for reasons that are valid or not. So this psychiatrist I have been seeing is a renowned physician in the field, an elder man. Many of my relatives with schizophrenia, DID and dissociative disorders had their problems relieved after "consulting him". So I thought I might just as well give it a try. I don’t know if it is because I had a bad experience with older men the majority of my life but I get a bad feeling from him and each session I feel even more vulnerable and stressed. This is my second session. If I were to describe my appointments with him: I sit in the waiting room for 2 hours; his secretary kind of likes to play around with me, at times when I book a rendezvous she claims they don’t do that and today when I arrived early to claim my spot it is no longer "first arrive first served". After waiting these 2 long hours, I entered; this time alone— I used to bring my mother along with me. He asked me why I didn’t bring her in. I told him it is because she likes to twist the way I say things. Still not convinced, I went with the fact that she is anti-psychiatry but is quite supportive at times. When he heard of that, he stormed off at me saying he doesn’t want to see my face again and last year he had a similar patient with the same condition prescribed the same meds and was going to sit for the national exam just like me until her mother opposed her thus had to retake the year. I told him I am all for meds; he said I don’t care for me it is the same you or your mother just don’t come see me anymore. After that we resumed our conversation he spoke in a low manner I could only pick up on a few words and he has the habit to interrupt me mid sentence I can’t even communicate properly. After all that, he asked me to bring my mother in, he first talked to her in a proper manner he approached with great delicacy but then he suddenly snapped and said that if my mom ever talked again about meds and their legitimacy he would hit her with the stapler on his desk. The whole appointment lasted only 15 minutes. The former lasted even less. I heard that psychiatrists don’t diagnose right from the first session— correct me if I’m wrong, but it takes many sessions to come to a conclusion. Truthfully, he didn’t ask me anything about my situation the only thing he inquired was :" what is the percentage of your healing now? Is it at 30% (after a month of usage)"
I told him:" I think it is way less"
He said that I was lying and interrogated the reason for which I supposedly lied. I told him that yes I can now somehow wash my face once a day but the suicidal ideation is intensifying and am getting more motivated and quite creative with my attempts. As usual before finishing the sentence he cut me off.
I don’t feel comfortable enough to continue my sessions with him. And from what I heard from the experiences of others, it would be hell to taper off my current meds and switch to another while preparing for my college entrance exams if my new psychiatrist suggested so.

I am sorry if my grammar was a bit off, I am not in the best state of mind and my mind is racing.

EDIT: I mistakenly wrote 25 mg of lamotrigine instead of 30 mg

Which is a better combo?

First and foremost, these two different combos I am going to talk about were prescribed by two different licensed psychiatrists for a certain diagnosis.

Getting into the subject, both psychiatrists didn’t go much in delve with what I am dealing with, just brief mentions:" anxiety… depression…mood oscillations…suicidal ideation" and they both gave me meds.
The first combo is : escitalopram 10mg & lamotrigine50mg, 1/2 a piece twice a day for each

The second combo: Xanax ( I didn’t understand the measurement it said on the prescription 5 drops?)+ risperidone 0.5mg , both only once a day.

For the information, I (17 F) weigh 48 kgs at 160 and this is gonna be my first time using meds. I would prefer taking meds that won’t tire me as I have to keep up with my academics. Also I would like to know would any of these meds make me gain weight?
I am going to start using them starting from tomorrow, according to your opinion which is better and easier to quit in the future?

Is it normal to ask about my breasts?

I (17F) went to a psychiatrist today. I weigh 48 kgs at 160 cm. I went in for troubles of depression. Then I started talking about the causes of my sadness and suicidal ideation which are academics and family relationships. The doctor then asked me when naked and look at yourself do you feel like a woman? Are your breasts big? Is your butt big? Do you have your menses regularly? Well I could have thought of brushing that off as trying to eliminate certain factors like anorexia or hormone caused mental illnesses. But he asked my mom why she didn’t have a second daughter when she already has my brother and I and wether it is fertility issues. Also, he said my father’s control is a sort of twisted love. I don’t like talking with men so that just maybe for that reason. So I don’t know am I overreacting and he is just doing his job?

Help me learn of my diagnosis

So the title is a bit off; it doesn’t quietly describe the situation but I didn’t find another way of describing it. Yesterday, I (17 F) went to a psychiatrist for the first time. They have a good reputation and they aided many relatives of mine. And as I have been feeling off for a year now, overwhelming sadness, attempts to €nd myself and other periods of not knowing what I feel + 2 months spent being a shut-in my mom who doesn’t know much of mental health asked me to go to this psychiatrist. And when I got to talk to them it didn’t last long and I was in a daze( as a result of being my first time being outside in 2 months +sitting 2 hours in the waiting room till my appointment because they don’t do appointments) and combined with the surge of emotions I felt while speaking of my problems, I didn’t grasp anything of what he said, it didn’t help that he spoke in a low voice either. All I recall was that he mentioned something along these lines: anxiety… depressive… mood oscillations. Then he prescribed me: escitalopram 10 mg 1/2 a piece twice a day and lamotrigine 50mg also in the same manner, not a medicine but he also gave me some magnesium supplements. It is my first time taking medicines. Read somewhere that it causes weight gain and my mother has been telling me not to go on them or else I’ll be reliant on them for life and she says he may have gave them to me because I opened up to him about my suicidal ideation and then I can do better if I start becoming more outgoing. By the way, the reason I didn’t discuss this with him is because my next appointment is a month away, but if I really have to, I would try to see him sooner. So I don’t know what is wrong with me or what to do next. Is that medication too strong? Any insight on that?
