Can anyone who has done this tell us how it went?

I feel so awkward doing this and my hand always shakes so I end up with a wobbly dot and it feels unprofessional. How do you all do this? Am I the one in a weird squat position trying to match the patients height taking it across a table?

I had a customer who had her mother on speakerphone when I informed her she had a $25 no show fee, and her mother proceed to launch a five minute string of expletives at me while the daughter sat there holding the phone yesterday.

I'm a newer optician and my last job was in R&D so I haven't worked customer facing in some amount of years but I'm just shocked at how people are treating their healthcare service professionals nowadays!

Have a dog that probably needs this and I'm getting quoted $7k plus a 45 minute drive each way for the visits including weekly physical Therapy. Does anyone know of a vet who is closer or less expensive?

I can't find them anywhere. Restaurants who have them would be acceptable too.

Are there any giant open spaces around that are good for this? My dog just wants to run around back and forth somewhere.
