Hi,
I’m under Venlafaxine 150 mg /xanax since 2023.
I have anxiety and depression with potential bipolarity disorder.

I don’t feel good enough rn to stop completely but I have the feeling those meds don’t work on me anymore.
So I was wondering if I could switch with anything like maybe LSD or shrooms in a way to stop taking meds all my life.

Any advice ?
