What is the best way to capture interviewer feedback in 30 seconds?

Coordinating interviews across a panel of five for a senior hire atm. Getting usable feedback from every interviewer before debrief is so hard... by the time I chase everyone down the whole process has moved on so much the key players are all out of the loop.

Have a scoring rubric but fillign it in properly takes 10 to 15 mins per int and noones doing it consistently.

Please help us.

Our VP of sales sent my team and I a competitor deck last week with the message: “We need to look like this.” Same content level as ours, but visually waaaaaay better.

Our current situation is that:

  • some of our decks are in PowerPoint
  • some are in Canva
  • and some are in Google Slides (which we always seem to loose)

So everything looks inconsistent and slightly off, we’re a small team and don’t have a big budget for an agency (like its tiny guys) so I am just looking for one system that works.

What’s the best presentation software for small teams that:

  • keeps things consistent
  • doesn’t require a designer
  • actually looks professional

I run a small consulting practice doing proposals, client reports and decks and Visme has been my go to for around 18 months now... templates are actually built for business docs not social, branded proposals look like they came from a real company and the data viz is the best I've used at this price point. Annoying points: exports get slow on heavy files, support is hit or miss and the free plan watermarks everything.

Anyone else used it long term, has your experience help up or did it start showing cracks?
