Auro Sapphire Kondapur
Anyone planning to book a flat in Auro Sapphire Kondapur. I believe the location is good. EOI price being quoted is 8500 base, 9K after RERA. Is it a good deal in that area? What are other projects you are scouting other than this in a range of 2 Cr.

Don't trust Tier 2, 3 builders in Hyderabad, all are Cheaters.
Hyderabadis don't ever buy an under construction flat from tier 2 or tier3 builders. Booked a flat in Oct 2022 when the entire building was constructed in Incor Lake City. That's when you pay 90% of the sale consideration to builder. They have not been able to finish the tiling & finishing in 3 yrs
