Claim increse

so I already have a 70 % rating for bipolar, but due to my disorder I’ve had 5 jobs the past two years, I’m seeing and hearing voices “sometimes” my disorder just makes it very hard for me to keep a job with all the mood changes and thinking people are out to get me. should I file for TDIU or p&t I have a appointment with my therapist tomorrow and I’m going to have her right a statement explaining that all this is going on and also getting buddy statements and job history should I apply
