Would love to replace my lost ring.

Apologies for the shoddy photo quality. It was taken in a rush years ago for some insurance paperwork.

Sadly since then the ring has been lost and I am heartbroken. It was an 18th birthday present and I wore it every day for years until I had to have it cut off in an emergency which snapped the setting.

My mother then 'gallantly' had it mended and resized for me, taking it down over FOUR sizes to incentivize me to lose f\*cking weight. Resulting in it being a pinky ring when previously worn on my middle finger. It then fell off as pinky rings are want to do.

I'd love to know as much as I can about the name of the style, setting etc to try and find something close. Also an idea of what I should expect to pay price wise/possibly having something made into this style from scratch. It wasn't a high carat gold. And honestly I do prefer the less yellow colour of stronger metal mixes. I've added a picture of the closest thing I've found online. But honestly it's still night and day in regards to style of gold and details etc

The Greek columns on the sides were a favourite of mine and the lines down the band covered the whole band (I had the marks refurbished on the bottom of the band a couple of times as they were wearing off).

I believe this ring was vaguely 1920s. The central stone was a sapphire and is gypsy set I think? I've seen a couple of similar rings but the shape of the ring, the carat of metal and lack of detail were still very different from what I would like.

Best streaming times to attract parents? UK

Running a stream selling children's books. Struggling to figure out best stream times. I know the end of summer holidays is going to affect things as well.

Will this flare just die please

Beyond frustrated at the mo. Had Menieres disease for coming on 4 years. I take Betahistine and Procloperazine for it and I've been lucky in that I've not had a severe episode since the early days.

But the milder flares are very drawn out and frustrating and I don't know what else I can do.

Friday afternoon it felt like my brain literally tripped over its own feet. I swear even my vision jumped. Immediately took some meds and it backed off as quick as it came. Was able to get on with things no issue. But later that evening the low level spins hit and went all evening/night. Next morning I seemed to be ok. Then it was mild in the evening again. Today it's been present since the second I was awake. I'm not at risk of puking but definetly unsteady on my feet. It's like being drunk without the mental fuzzyness. Brain is just slopping about in soup making me miserable.

I'm an alphabet of medical issues including FND and Fibromyalgia and they aren't doing great either. But if everything could not bounce off each other that would be great. I'm sleeping a tonne and still knackered.

Anyone got any suggestions or things I should look out for? At what point do I need to get a GP or whatever involved?

When I first got ill I had all the ear pressure and severe spins + hearing issues. Now adays my right ear is still fucked hearing wise, my tinnitus (which I've had forever and a day) is normal. Flares tend to be short lived. Nausea can last for days on and off but the spins are rarely more than 12 hours.

FND & Autism Collides

So I'm an alphabet of medical issues. But today it was the FND and the AuDHD colliding.

I accidentally stuck my hand in a pile of fine sawdust that was also somehow mixed up with cobwebs. Insert feral screaming and mad stimming. Oh the flappy hands.

Normally 20 mins of stimming and freaking out is bad enough but then it set off the FND tingles/zaps/sensitivity. How the hell do I fix that? It jusy feels extra mean of the universe.

Any tips for dealing with sensory overload setting off FND symptoms?

Changing to self employed with LCWRA

Just done an update with UC changing myself to be self employed. I've been LCWRA since 2023.

I'm not understanding what I'm reading about how UC and LCWRA collide in regards to self employment. Can someone explain it to me.

I don't understand what it means about minimum income floors etc.

Currently not made much and it's going to be a while before I make back my start up costs (about £900 all in) but I have high hopes for the buisness (which is a mix of book selling services and self publishing my own work).

Wondering how much I've cocked up my income stream for the near future.

Thank you.
