Our turnover in Sephora is starting to look real bad and all of us “og” people have either left or are about to (besides the people that have been able to move up to lead & btl). We are all sick of constantly raising expectations without our pay being raised. It really sucks because I love talking to clients and working in beauty but I can’t take this anymore- I got paid more at Target when I wasn’t even doing half the work I do here. I honestly hope more people come out about this online and Kohl’s gets revealed for how they treat their employees. Anyone else feeling fed up?

Has anyone else been told only clear water bottles are allowed? The store gets so hot during the summer especially on truck days and I need my stainless steel water bottle because it stops the ice from melting. I feel like there’s no way I would be allowed to go get a drink from it in the break room every 20 minutes either? Tia!
