Like I said a couple of months ago, I like the unique path the story has taken and I am even more impressed with Kagami now the the new chapter has came. I don't understand why people are acting surprise considering the previous chapters were preparing us for exactly that.

And I am happy Yuu isn't half-assed about it and decided to go all in with his plan, it fits his nature perfectly. It wouldn't seem natural for a character like him to give up on his friends and family who died when he sees a clear path (or at least he thinks he sees). So yes, so far im quite satisfied with the writing, however I find it hard to imagine an ending people (including me) will consider well written. Obviously, Yuu's plan working and he and his friends living happily ever after isn't going to work. Yuu's winning the fight, killing everyone but failing to resurrect them wouldn't go well. Yuu being able to convince his friends to help him was never an option (especially now that one is dead). I think the only feasible ending is going to be Yuu killing everyone and then doing some type of reset on the world, reversing a couple of years to before everyone died but sacrificing himself in the process to experience what the first did for eternity or something like that. I feel like it's a shame that the one time I see such a unique and well-written path (imo) its not going to have a satisfying ending. What do you all think?

Before I finished the anime, I didn't know claymore had a manga with a totally different ending, so I always thought that the ending of the anime was the actual ending of the story. Based on that I used to rank the top characters like that:

In the anime it seemed to me like the power of the abyssal ones is pretty much boundless. Now we obviously know that its Teresa who is unbeatable with Priscilla being the second strongest, but in the anime it was hard to see how much stronger she was than everyone else because all we had seen from her was how she defeated the other claymores, and although it was a surprise attack she did fail to see Priscilla's movements before she was even fully awakened so whether or not she is indeed stronger than *fully* awakened Priscillia was debatable but the gap cannot be big so I put her below the abyssal ones. Anyway, what was your guys ranking?

I once made a post a year or two ago about an issue I have with this story. I was mainly complaining that although I like the story and the world building, the characters don't stop making retarded decisions left and right regardless of their age or statue. So the thing about that post is that I wrote it when I was only half way through the story. That means when the post was made I only knew the tip of the iceberg of Tessia's stupidity. So now when everything about her is clear and known, I humbly ask you Tessia team, are you guys stupid?

I have been consuming pirated content proudly and without an ounce of reservation for the last seven years. However, this is the first time I was this impressed by a studio work. The fact that not only the story of pick me up amazing, the characters are great and the drawings are top tier. They also consistently release chapters every week, with no breaks, keeping the quality high without making the chapters short!!! It's time for me to take the 10 dollars and 90 cents I have in my pocket and for the first time pay for the content I enjoy. Where do I send the money?
