Ninja Combi vs Philips OneChef?
I am planning to buy one appliance for multiple use case, which one of them is recommended or is to better to go with bundle or separate for each?
I think better to buy during prime day sale only.
Thanks!

Hi
Which is recommended among the shortlisted ones, mattress - 1) The Sleep Company Smart Luxe Pro SnowTec vs 2) Smart Ortho Pro SnowTec -- for the couple weighing jointly 175 kg+
Note that we have a Solid (Sheesham) wood bed with hydraulic storage.
Thanks in advance.
We will be shifting to Bengaluru soon, and need a suggestion for best technology and brand for smart TV which is long lasting and also provides great picture quality and sounds and importantly works smooth, unlike few ones which hangs on using apps over the time ( like Oneplus TV).
We have Sony bravia TV (guess it’s indeed 7-10 years, but no issues at all) just feel outdated so we are bringing it with us.

I am employed in MNC at Bengaluru. I have heard that in Bengaluru dealers/RTO does not entertain giving BH Registration to private employees. My employer has > 5 offices in India. I would want to avoid KA registration, as if we may move somewhere else, do not want have headaches of RTO change and again tax payment and local traffic police pain will be icing on the cake.
I have 3 queries for fellow car enthusiasts here:
what’s current situation in Bengaluru for BH series registration (I show High court also said RTO can’t deny)
if still no BH series in Bengaluru, can I get the car from my hometown in Gujarat (where my employer has a office but in different city) is it possible to get a car registered in BH series and bring to Bengaluru?
Or please suggest best alternative to get BH series.
I am looking for resale 2BHK flat in whitefield (real, not the off whitefield etc.)
I have few flats which are amazing but building is too old like 7-12 years old and few are <5 year old building but slight smaller flats but still descent.
Can someone here expert community suggest whether should I go for resale flats in Bengaluru, being first time property buyers considering the fact, what if I had to sell the flat say 5-10 year later, how the exit option would look like for such old flats in Bengaluru east.
What all point should I keep in mind and reality before going for the buying in resale deal? Or should we keep renting in the Bengaluru.
Also, I do concern about water (expect Kaveri water or at least mix of kaveri with borewell, but soft water and liveable locality for family in future)
I am looking for 2bHK flat in the range of ₹80 lacs to 1.5cr
Thanking you in advance to the community!
