I was just told shoes are not exchangeable for a credit and heard the store manager tell the employee that the employee from before who rung me up is too generous with how she prices things. I’m disgusted by this goodwill, sorry needed to rant. But not I’m stuck with shoes that didn’t fit my granddaughter. I was then mansplain how “ all goodwills of greater Washington… blah blah” I’ve never been told this before. Now I am very respectful of policies once I’ve been told of it prior to purchase. I think how they talked about their employee in front of me left me a bad taste in my mouth.
