I hate how much I want this bag but I refuse to by resale due to the insane markup. I wouldn't be picky about color either as I am pretty flexible and only like neutrals to begin with and would still consider a random pop of color if I was offered one. My questions for those of you that have been successful...

1. How long did it take you working with your SA to get one?

2. Which shops in the US are they considered QBs?

3. I primarily shop in Nashville and feel comfortable with my SA, planning on talking to her on my next trip about this but anyone there have any luck with a KP there? I know they are a brand new store but just curious if this affects allocation of items.
