5-Month Streak After 10 Years of PMO: No Anxiety, Perfect Pelvic Control, but Instant PE Upon Insertion.

Need urgent advice from anyone with a similar experience.
Background: 10 years of regular masturbation. Currently on a 5-month strict streak.
Current Status: Absolutely NO performance anxiety. Zero sensitivity issues, and excellent pelvic control (NO urine leakage at all). I can easily get a rock-hard erection when alone, but when I am with my girlfriend, I struggle to get a full erection.
