If setup is mid to large scale, with Napier grass and other organic waste, is it viable? Does anybody has any experience with it?

I got a firm offer from Dublin University, for the management PG course, but as I've researched, Ireland doesn't seem a decent country in any aspect, like when compared to any other developed country. I'm aware of the job market condition worldwide, still I'm biased towards the USA, AUS or any big European country. Does it make sense to trade this offer for a prestigious country, which is completely uncertain atm? Should I go for Ireland or wait n look for any mainstream country's offer? my_qualifications b. tech then managerial role for 2 years.
