There always as to be some type of huge “Ah Ha” moment for them.

I’m remembering our time together and it’s so insane to me how their minds work.

I use to be really bad at cooking rice. Like honestly borderline ridiculous how badly I messed up every time. One day, I really sat down and focused on the rice. Watching it closely, never leaving the kitchen, and I finally bad the perfect batch of rice.

Do you know this woman said that I must’ve been lying this entire time and could secretly cook rice but didn’t just because I wanted to lie to her.

She doesn’t even eat rice.
Like why would I do that?

MY FIRST GLITCH!!

I’ve always wholeheartedly believed there’s some weird shit going on but I’ve never personally experienced it. Today was that day and I am like frazzled to my core!!!

I only ever buy one lighter at a time and finish them out. The other day I finished a lighter it was red, a completely different color. I bought a lighter and came home. Two days go by I decide after work I’m gonna chill and watch some OMITB and smoke. I look down in my tray and see these two completely full lighters. I KNOW I only bought one. I always only buy one. I bought a lighter and a drink so, no bag with two lighters I just didn’t notice (and even if I put the lighter in my tray so I obviously would’ve noticed then that there were two) and I don’t live with anyone else or have friends over!!!

My head is spinning wow.

If you really love them, leave them.

I want to start this off by saying abuse is never your fault.

But we do have to take accountability for our codependency with these people and how this enables their behavior.

When I finally decided to be done, my ex started therapy, started her meds again, and can actually sit in sound mind and say “Damn, I fucked up”. Now this isn’t to say take them back because this will absolutely make them regress but just like animals and nature with enough correction something will change and I think if you really love them you really want them to do better then you have to let the go and let them face the consequences of their actions.

They literally make things up to fit their own narrative.

I’ll never forget the time when she calls me (because atp I have been sleeping on the couch for a year while she took over the bedroom) and says “so are you gonna be cleaning today because it doesn’t seem like you are” ??? I said no? Didn’t plan on it. And she goes “So cleaning isn’t a priority for you?” I said it’s 8am, I’m asleep no I have no intention of getting up right this second and deep cleaning the house. Mind you, we clean EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. She has to do a “closing shift” every night. Which I don’t mind, well I do mind but it’s the least of her crazy and It’s only 3 people in the house so it’s not like it’s a disaster to clean or anything. So her asking me to clean that morning was a power move. It’s not like we lived in a pig stye she just wanted to be able to wake me up and tell me what to do. Then she goes “I’m asking is cleaning not a priority for you in general? Are you just dirty” I just hung up. Like leave me alone 😂 and she only talks like that when she’s obviously recording me so she can replay it for herself as proof that “LOOK! She’s a monster to me”

Give me a freaking break.

My aunt passed away almost 20 years ago. She was my best friend.

I want to hear from her, does she have anything to say to me? These last few years I just keep thinking about what my life would’ve even like if she were here and what advice she would have for me. She always seemed like she had it all figured out and I just wish I had her here to help me.
