[Russian > English] Late 19th century Polish birth record

Thanks to a very kind Redditor who translated a 20th century marriage record, I was able to find a 19th century birth record for my ancestor, Władysław Binięda, in an archive of Civil status records of the Roman Catholic Parish in Opole Lubelskie. Now, I am hoping that someone would be able to help me translate the relevant section of this document (Act 352, in the top right-hand corner of the scan). All the necessary context is provided in my original post and the associated translation (source).

There seems to be an edit (written in red) to his birth entry in the right margin. If possible, I am also interested in knowing the content of this edit.

Thank you!

Remotely searching for a name in non-digitized Polish population books

Hello!

Background: With the help of a kind user on r/translator (post) I found that my ancestor, Władysław Binięda, was "born in Dębina, Lublin Governorate, Nowoaleksandryjski Uyezd, Opole Parish" and lived in "Krzyżanówek, Łęki Parish" around 1911. A ship manifest shows that he traveled from Hamburg, Germany to Pennsylvania, US in 1913, and I do not think that he ever returned to Poland. I hope to find his name in the Polish population books to verify his Polish citizenship around 1920 (as described on this website), and I believe that the correct online archive for that is Akta gminy Krzyżanówek z siedzibą w Krzyżanowie. However, none of these records are digitized, and it is not practical for me to visit the archive myself.

My question: Is there a way to request a name to be searched in a Polish archive by a local archivist? If so, how?

Thank you for your help!

[Russian > English] Early 20th century Polish marriage record

I am hoping to get help translating the 1911 marriage record of my ancestors, Władysław Binięda and Anna Jabłońska. A full translation would be helpful, but not necessary. At a minimum, I am looking for the key details necessary to find the parish records that establish Władysław as legally bound to the Russian region of Poland circa 1920 (see here), such as parish membership and birth city and date.

Władysław self-reports his marriage time and place in later documents as August 15, 1911 Lanientaz Poland in later documents. He also claims his birth date and location are Oct. 13, 1885 in Maciejewic [sic], Poland, and Anna's birth date and place are December 22nd, 1892 in Nowy Rejmondow [sic], Poland. However, I cannot find his parish record using this information, so I am hoping that the information in this document is more accurate.

Here is the link to a scan of the document (Władysław is on the left page), and here is a link to some volunteer-extracted metadata.

Thank you!
