After all what i got is no hike, no promotion! Back story: joined capgemini July 2024 as fresher after 1.5 years of waiting period. Trained in JFS and completed all assignments M1, L1 & interviews after all this i got into project because they were forcing to get into any i mean any project related or not related to your domain. They are literally telling ppl to get some project otherwise BOTP. So, i got into non tech project and working with billability tag, now they have policy for appraisal for freshers after 18 months I have completed 18+ months with more than 8+ months of billability and 4-5 months of shadow period. In addition to this completed external internal certifications azure, ai everything, competed 600+ achl hours, been to office 12 days a month with more than 6 hours in office. I did everything in my capacity to fulfill the criteria rules and regulations all policies of the company and in return what i am having except HR, my N+1, manager tossing me like a ball kbhi isse puch lo kbhi usse puch lo. No one have any information or i mean they don’t want to tell why i am not eligible for this appraisal cycle. I did everything thing in this project zero escalation, communication is on point with every team member, got great feedback from everyone but still it feels like betrayal to me.

Is it about luck or do hard-work really matters?
