iPod shuffle 4th gen mid 2015 VoiceOver not enabling

Just Recently found my IPod shuffle 4th gen mid 2015 and restored it and now I can’t enable VoiceOver through iTunes on PC any help is appreciated

need help removing iOS 9.1 passcode lock Win/Mac/Linux Only

just recently purchased a iPhone 5s running IOS 9.1 and need help removing the passcode lock on it it is only a 4 digit passcode and i do not want to update it or lose any data will reset through settings once i'm into the phone
