Annoyed they keep calling me one day late on payment.

So last year my car was unfortunately hit by a driver not paying attention. My car was deemed totaled and I went through all the insurance bs. Insurance was great and everything but 2k was covered for my car. It was/is financed by CarMax. They lowered the monthly payments to $85 which I thought was nice. It’s down to 1.5K and I try to make the payments on time everytime.

Lately I’ve been a day behind payments because I got a new job and get paid on different days now. I try to make the payment as soon as I get paid. They still call over and over again the day after the payment is due. I’ve called them back and multiple times they’ve said “okay I’ll note on your account that you submitted a payment, it just hasn’t shown on our side yet.”

Now the issue is I have another car that I got due to my previous one being totaled. I went through CarMax again because I’ve never had issues with them. I’ve been more than 1-2 days late on payments with the new car no more than 3 though (no late fees for me lol). They’ve never called about that car and making a payment.

I’m just confused as to why they care so much about the car I don’t even have anymore?

Sorry for the wall of text thank you for reading!

My pc is connected to my tv through hdmi and every time I try to watching something through opera browser the screen flashes. My pcs specs are: AMD Ryzen 5 5500 (3.60 GHz), 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 (8GB). My tv is an Element Roku model E4SW5017RKU. I am connected through HDMI 1 (ARC) not sure about the cord itself though it came with my PS4.

Whenever I try to watching anything through Opera such as YouTube, Netflix, AppleTV, Tubi. The screen will start flashing whenever I first open opera and then when watching Netflix when the episode has 3 minutes left the screen will start flashing again.

I have tried turning down the refresh rate, turned off graphics acceleration, turning off my ad blocker and switching hdmi cords. What “fixes” the problem is unplugging the hdmi and plugging it back in but then when I’m watching Netflix or close opera and open it back up the problem happens again.

I have not tried using an app instead because I use an ad blocker. But I am open to suggestions I would like to fix this problem.
