I ran a descale cycle on my Nespresso (original machine), and stupidly did not check to see if there was a pod in the machine. There was. I ran a few rinses after removing the pod but now the machine only does half a lungo shot before stopping.
Does anyone have any advice?

Our bathroom bulb blew a few days ago. It’s a circle bulb which isn’t manufactured in Aus anymore, so it was a nightmare to replace. We finally found a replacement for $50, and when we put that one into the fixture, it also blew.
We contacted our agent saying what had happened and saying that it might be an issue with the fixture, and could they send someone out so we can have light again.
This is what they sent back. Is this legal? Surely maintenance is the responsibility of the landlord. It’s not like we’re lying?!
