Location: Arlington, Texas (13 minute walk to UTA)

Rent: $709/month (one room and attached bathroom) (My lease has a sign on deal so rent is lower than the current rate)

Water/Sewage: ~$20

Lease term: August 16th, 2026 - July 31st, 2027

**There are currently two roommates already known. One male, one female. No gender preference.**
