what are the best carparks in the mourne mountains you can drive up to at night without getting locked in? looking to catch some of the meteors tonight. preferably Newcastle/hilltown side.

looking for good views and low light pollution. any recommendations?

or even any others, not far from Belfast direction?

I am going on holiday and renting a car, which needs a £2000 credit limit credit card for the deposit.

I recently got a credit card, but with only a £1000 credit limit, if I direct debit an extra thousand pounds, does this "extend" my credit limit, or my balance??

And if so, does the car rental know the difference between limit and balance as long as I have £2k on the card?
