Wheelhorse/Kohler ignition coil.
Hey, all. Seems I've cooked the ig coil on my '70s Wheelhorse C120 w. Kohler K301. Looking online, coils can run from $30‐150, with notes that generic 3 ohm Kohler or Deere coils will suffice. Thoughts? Thanks.

They say misery loves company, so I figured I'd include you in my fun.
2016 T250. I was warned a cpl years ago to drop the almost $4k to have this crossmember replaced, so I started chasing Ford. They won.
A transmission issue last week necessitated dropping the pan and I found a local tranny shop that did it all.
Seems the bad crossmembers are hit and miss, so if you've got a Transit, take a peek underneath and address the rot quickly.
I do all my own service, so I suppose if I brought the truck in for an oil change, it may have been caught quicker, not that that would have helped in removal for Trans work.
2016 T250 3.5 with 150k mi. went into limp last night with P0720 and P061B codes. Did about 80 miles to a job and was about 10 miles from home on the return trip, mostly highway, and got out to check around bc of maybe a drone at 80 mph. Codes go from sensors to bad battery. Only symptom was what felt like slight downshift coming off the gas but that was at 60-70 mph, so it wasn't a shift. Thoughts?
